Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the martial arts or horror types. Her style of review and methodology are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action films with a morbid fascination. After gaining some fame in the forums of Channel Awesome (under her previous name Obscurus Lupa) and began her review films in the latter half of 2009. She was on the website from 2009 until the year 2015 which is when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts, one covering the Charmed Franchise and another co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. You can click here and here to see her YouTube videos. You can also find her videos on Twitter as well as Tumblr. Allison's not enough for you? She can be seen kicking in the sex on the screen as Interpol ninja Cheetah Lee from Ninja the Mission Force. In addition, she appeared in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! and frequently guest-starred on his series Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax live shows in addition to the occasional adult comedy (including of course Baywatch (2017)). She began reviewing movies in the latter half of 2009, and was soon gaining recognition on the Channel Awesome forums before officially joining the group of reviewers on Channel Awesome. Her appearances have included a variety throughout Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker as well as Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently appear in episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
